I'm wondering if anyone is doing VB6?
I've been doing this for about 10 days and I have noticed my clothes getting looser. I can't post weight loss, as we have just moved and my bathroom scale is in a box somewhere.
I would love to hear any success stories for encouragement. This way of eating really works with my likes/dislikes, and psychologically it's nice to know I can have what I want (while being reasonable) for dinner.
VB6? Anyone doing VB has surely moved onto VB.NET by now. ;)
