July Exercise Challenge...Jump In!...Everyone Welcome!

July is a hot month and it starts off with a big bang of a celebration, but let's celebrate some accomplishments of our own! Get that body moving and see how much fun it is to track the time spent moving. It's fun to watch your color change! Let's go!
The challenge is on. And it's a challenge by you to you! Challenge yourself to do "x" number of minutes of exercise this month and then Get Moving!
Post as frequently as you like and I will update the list throughout the month. Please tell me how many minutes you have completed along with your goal for the challenge. For example "I did 60 minutes on the treadmill yesterday, and am now at 60/1200".
As you reach milestones for the month, your name and total will change color in this post.
At 10%, you'll be bright pink
When you reach 25%, you'll be orange
When you reach 50%, you'll be purple
When you reach 75%, you'll be turquoise
At 90%, you'll be red (because you are on fire!)
When you hit 100%, you'll be WISH green!

I am in for 2000 minutes again this month! At 6:45 AM I have 65 in and am sweating while I head out the door for a second walk! Gotta love a heat wave with no AC! :crazy2:

Lower goal this month as we are so busy. I'll shoot for 500.
I'm going for 900.... and I started by walking, then 1/1 intervals this morning.
Sad to take down my Tink 1/2 tracker, but it's not in the cards with finances this year. I can do a local 1/2 marathon on New Years, so that's my goal instead.
Morning and thanks for hosting! I'm shooting for 1500 again this month.
Already did a 36 minute run this morning and hoping to get a bit more of something in this afternoon after work.
I'm in again and sticking with 800. Actually, my real goal is simply to make it to July 27 uninjured and ready to start my wine and dine training. If I can't get rid of all these problems by then, I'm deferring to next year. :(

I'm in for 1000 this month and excited about starting some real therapy to get out of BKL (Bad Knee Land :eek:)! I'll also try to drop some great motivational and or/funny fitness quotes along the way such as...

I'm increasing my goal to 1800. Dopey training starts tomorrow. :crazy2: :faint:
I'm going to go with 1300 this month because I have about a week when I know I'm not going to get much exercising done (going to be out of town). Hopefully I'll make it this month :thumbsup2.
Today I did Bridge to 10k and a little extra for 80 minutes on the treadmill.
I am going to try for 1500. Even though I didn't make it last month, I'm feeling optimistic!
