Palo Brunch for Group of Nine Adults

We will have nine adults and five linked staterooms on the Fantasy. Four adults are first time cruisers (2 of the staterooms) and four adults are platinum (2 of the staterooms) and one is a silver (the fifth stateroom). When platinum booking time comes, can we get a brunch with all nine adults? Wasn't sure if there is a limit to how many can be booked on one reservation.

If we cant do it on one reservation, when platinum booking time comes, can one platinum room book a brunch with two linked staterooms and the other platinum room book a brunch with the last stateroom and then some how get them together when we board?

Thank you!

When the Platinum window opens (120 days) you will only be able to book the people that are in rooms with Platinum CC members. That is each room that has a Platinum CC member in it will be able to book all adults in the room with them, regardless of CC status of the other adults.

If all the rooms have a Platinum CC member in them, they will all be able to be booked at the same time. If the rooms have different levels of CC members in them, each room can only book Palo when their window opens.

It's best to make a reservation for all the people you can, when you can. It's easier to move a reservation than get a new one onboard. You would need to go to where the Palo dining changes are being handled once you board to make the changes.

I'm also interested in how this works, our situation is a bit different, our booking window opened last night and a few people from my b group were chatting and encoded to do Palo brunch together. Currently we have 2 reservations for 2 and one reservation for 1 all at the same time and we need to figure out the best way to change that to a single reservation (don't mean to hijack, figured people looking at this thread might have answers to both)

When you get onboard, just go to where the Palo dining changes are being handled. This kind of change is really easy. It looks like you have 5 people, and that's a really easy switch to get them all on the same reservation.
