FE stands for Fish Extender.

Outside of the door to your room is a mail holder. Most of them are shaped like a fish.

Over on the Cruise Meets board, your cruise might have a thread going. On the thread a FE exchange is set up. It's sort of a Secret Santa gift exchange. The gifts are given out by way of hanging pockets that hang from the fish mail holder. Hence, Fish Extender.

Looking for FEE participants!

Just found out about FEE today! So excited to join in the fun. Who else wants to participate? We are on the May 20-27 WONDER Cruise!

Fish Extender Exchange, or FEE for short. Itís basically a gift exchange among a few of the folks from your meetup group.

In short, everyone makes some kind of hanging pocket that they place outside their room. It hangs on the fish hook that your mail comes in every day (this is where the name of the exchange comes in Ė it extends your fish hook). Each participant brings enough little gifts and trinkets for everyone in the group, and delivers them one of the days youíre on the ship! We had 15 or so participants in each of our cruises, and it was so much fun to come back to the room after dinner, or a show, or the pool, and find little fun treats in our pockets!

Thank you for explaining in full how this works!

We had 120 last month on the fantasy!

While it was great to have so many sign up, 120 homemade gifts are a lot! :whew: !
