Where does it say if you're not notified w/in 30, you're automatically waived?
 
Can someone help me find where that is, please? That if you're not notified w/in the 30 days that you're automatically waived.
I know it's written somewhere. Can anyone help?

Actually it's not. Technically you have to give them at least 30 days from when you get them the info until closing but as written, they could have longer if you're closing is later. And that's really all it says. Also, they will notify the seller and the seller is responsible for notifying the buyer. Sometime's there's a delay in the buyer being notified in this situation.
