Our Active April: W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge
Welcome to April and the W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge!
Set a goal for yourself and let's welcome Spring and stay active! Just post the # of minutes you want to shoot towards and I will add you to the list for the month. Don't be afraid to aim high; not everyone always makes their goal, but it's a great motivation to get out there and "make it happen."
Each time you want to add to your total, please post in this format (or something like it):
30 mins crazy dancing (just post what you did!)
70/3000 (where 70 represents the new total, including the 30 mins just listed)
The totals will be regularly updated and the first post will reflect how current the #'s are. If you've never done an exercise challenge with W.I.S.H. before, it's easy! and a great time to start. Everyone is super supportive! So don't be afraid to join in. (I just joined in February, so I'm a newbie too!)

As you reach milestones for the month, your name and total will change color in this post.
At 10%, you'll be bright pink
When you reach 25%, you'll be orange
When you reach 50%, you'll be purple
When you reach 75%, you'll be turquoise
At 90%, you'll be red (because you are on fire!)
When you hit 100%, you'll be WISH green!

I'm in again for April. I have a half marathon at the end of the month but also have some vacation planned so I'm not sure on minutes. I did pass my goal for last month so I will go with a push for this month.

I'm in again too. But I'm not going to count the walking at the parks (cause I plan to negate most of it anyway with Main Street Confectionary fudge, Mexico pavillion margaritas, and mickey waffles :thumbsup2). I'm also going to try not to push myself too hard on the cross training right away when we get back in an effort to try to stay injury free before my race in the beginning of may...
I guess that's my long way of explaining why I'm lowering my typical goal down to 500 this month.

I'm in! Started watching my eating in March....it's time to add in the exercise. I am going to start small and go for 500.

Welcome to all you first timers! If your experience is anything like mine, on some days when you just don't feel like getting out there, the inspiration to add a few minutes to this thread will get you moving! And check it out - I successfully multiquoted. However, I think I did it too manually, as I used the quote symbols and got each person's message number and then copied their text. Can someone tell me how to use the 'multiquote this message' key??
Okay - I'm in for 1000.
Got a race, hopefully moving, and lots of other crazy things this month so the goal is to be consistent more than anything. No downhill skiing for easy x-train minutes anymore, either. :)
2TXAgs - I think you can click the little mini " button on the bottom right of each post you want to multi-quote. It even saves the selection if you go away from the page. So as you read, just click the little button for each person you want to quote, and when you hit "reply to thread," it should have everything in there.
