In park photo shoots price increase?
Disney photography just advised that an AK and EPCOT shoot will be $1990!
I thought from carries book that it would not go up to this price until 2014!
This has jumped around 500 bucks in 1.5 years I think.
Is it still worth it??

That's what I thought too. When is your photo session?

What are the prices for 2014 for a MK shoot? I was looking to do just MK or MK+Epcot in 2014. :(

omg whaaaaa! that totally sucks!

The 2014 prices are $1700 for an MK shoot, $995 for each of the other parks, and $2000 for MK + another park.

Holy moly. My shoot in 2007 was $800, plus the $100 disk of high res images three years later. I thought it was a once in a lifetime rip off back then. (Meaning I totally wanted to do it, but felt it was wildly overpriced!)

$1700 is crazy expensive!! Plus you still have to buy the images separately. Supply and demand, I suppose... But I still think its nuts.

WOW!!! We had ours 9 years ago and it was $800. I only paid $250 because back then if you didn't use Disney photography you got credit towards the MK shoot.

I'm getting married in October 2013 and disney say the price goes up at the end of September

Sorry if this has been asked before but...

If we have an outside vendor for our photography and we give up our (escape) package photography, which photoshoots can we use the costs towards? We'd love one of the MK bridal portraits. Is this included or is it just resort photo shoots?

Sorry we cant book yet so have no one at disney to ask!

Thanks!! :)

You can not use it towards an MK photo shoot from everything I read. You can use it for photography for your DP if you have one or in a resort.

I believe they stopped giving you credit towards the MK shoot shortly after we took advantage of it in 2004.
