I hate the new site
 
I have not been able to make a reservation all day with the errors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vent over- still mad though:crazy2:

It is impossible. Trying to price different packages and I pick resort and keeps taking me to the same page over and over and over and over again.

Everything about it is miserable. Ugh! I don't think it can be "fixed". I wish they would go back to the other fun site.

Agreed! I dont like the layout, it is ugly, it is hard to find the calendar and of course it never works. It was dumb for them to dumb it down so much!

I had to call... dinner at 8:45 :crazy2: that is late in my book. Only myself to blame because I waited way too long to book a traditional dinner time!

I have been trying to book dining reservations all day, too! I keep getting errors on the PC and "call to book" on my Iphone...:headache:

I agree the new site is almost useless at times. It won't even show our reservations we have already made.

1) I admit to be a computer Geek.
2) I, also, admit to giving the new site a fair chance.
3) Now, I agree with others, the new site is BAD, BAD, BAD.
4) The site is some IT-Dept's idea of what the public wants.
5) Not what the public really wants or needs.
. . . not easy to navigate
. . . not user friendly

FINALLY, after waiting all night, was able to check-in this morning, and make an ADR- (btw, when did they change on-line check-in to 60 days ahead in lieu of 10? And I always remember getting an e-mail conf-- didnt this time) ..but the system seems to be down more ofter than not -- :confused

Very frustrating !!

I am still using my iPad to access the old site. I can still change my dining reservations, make new ones, and see the countdown til my vacation with the beautiful AKL pic. It is far superior and user friendly.

I was just coming to post this, but my thread title was going to be "Disney's new site bites!!!" I feel like screaming! Glad I'm not the only one. :mad:

I didn't even bother to try on-line. Called at 7:00 am this morning and got ADR's right away including a Saturday night at BOG for 7:05 pm. :cool1:
