Tortuga Tavern in MK

Does anyone know if Tortuga Tavern in MK is open anymore ?

It seems to be open for lunch relatively often (but only for lunch)

Its a seasonally open counter service. It attaches to Pecos Bills around the backside so its "open" but may not be serving the burritos and nachos that the Tortuga Tavern side serves, just the burgers and stuff from Pecos Bills.
