Latest ADR on a "party night" if you aren't going to the party?

If MNSSHP starts at 7pm, how late can we make a reservation at one of the Table Service restaurants in Magic Kingdom... if we aren't attending the party? I was hoping to be able to make an ADR at the Plaza Restaurant for around 6pm and then leave the park after we eat. I'm not trying gain access to the party without buying a ticket, I just want to make the most of our time at the park before getting "kicked out". :)
