Dining Alone Outside of Parks

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a little guidance for a dining issue that I don't often have. DSis and I are taking a girls' trip to WDW in a couple of weeks. On our last day, she has an early flight back to NY, but I won't be leaving until the evening. This means I have time for a late breakfast or early lunch on my own. I do not have a park ticket for the day, but there are so many options outside of the parks, and I haven't had the opportunities to try lunches at them (only dinners at some). I'm also wondering which ones might be good for dining alone. What do you think?

you could go to downtown disney.. There are many options, i have dined alone at quick service and full service restaurants at dtd. DTD has Earl of Sandwich, Rainforest Cafe, T rex cafe, wolfgang puck, etc.

I voted for the Grand Floridian Cae, but really, you could eat at any place you chose. However, I enjoy the food at the GFC and I know it's not the sort of place DH would feel comfortble at (it's a little too fur-fru for him, probably not for most men, but for him-think Tim the Tool Man Taylor or Last Man Standing). So I know that solo is the only way I'll ever get to eat there.

This is a good point! DH will usually go along with whatever I plan. Maybe I should ask him where he's NOT interested in going on our next trip!
