Oh wow...
I've been on the phone holding for an hour and twelve minutes with Disney to add another night to our package. I've never been on the phone holding this long-lots of people must be planning 2013 trips!

New special just released yesterday and the many issues with the new website are causing the phones to be crazy. Lots of reports on the DIS of 45-60 minute waits on the phone.

I called first thing this morning in order to make a final payment on a ressie and was on hold for 25 minutes before I had to hang up and get the kids to school and myself to work.

I then called back while driving to work, and was on hold for another 20 minutes before being disconnected mid-way through the elevator ride to my office.

Then, once in my office, I called for a 3rd time and was on hold for about 17 minutes before I got to speak to a lovely CM named Abby who took care of my payment. She stated that because of the new promotion and their internal technical difficulties, things have been crazy!

It's the website issues. Their call centers are getting crushed. I have to think some heads are going to roll over this. If not then they have even bigger issues.

An hour and 28 minutes now. I am at home with it on speaker. I'm going to hold just to see how long it takes now....should be interesting.

I called a couple of times last night to change my reservation and add flights and never made it through. So I called this morning at 7:25 and only waited a couple of minutes before I spoke to some one.

Insane!!! I finally gave up on the website working for me. Thankfully the BWI IPO emailed me confirmations for everything so I could print them out to bring with us. Because according to the website I don't even have these dining reservations. :sad2: :rolleyes: :scared:

I was on hold for 2 hours and 10 minutes yesterday. My boss said at that point I had a personal vendetta and HAD to stay on the line lol. Took another 45 minutes to solve my issue.

WOW those wait times are nuts.:scared1:

I called this morning at 8am and got through in about 15 minutes.

Their website/computer issues are crazy. When i first reserved i tried to do ME but southwest was not in the pulldown menu.:confused3

So i had to call to input fight info. I know at least from the northeast alot of people fly Southwest so that alone is alot of people having to call, tying up lines for something that could be done online if site was working correcty.

Of course phone is not perfect either as I was supposed to get an email for my changed ressie but none has come yet. Thankfully it did show up right away on the website as changed so i printed that out. Otherwise i would be back on hold to request a confirmation. :coffee:

Seriously? I called yesterday around 1pm and got right through. Although I was making a new reservation so maybe that's why. Feeling like I really lucked out!

I called back and got a CM after 25 minutes this time however, she couldn't find my ressie. At the end she told me to get a pen and write down the correct Ressie number. It was the exact number I had keyed in and given to her verbally. Oh well, got the extra night.
