The boys are still resting! PJ is up and off to work! DH just left for work!
I'm up and moving on things that need done today...

cut title for entrance LO
put entrance LO together
call car insurance the bill pay isn't working :faint::headache:
call eye doctor to reschedule appts :woohoo: got PJ in next week.. I will have to mail her contacts but no out of pocket!!!
town for bank ~ no shopping so will hit my "NO BUY" again today!! :woohoo:

type up info on completed sketches
add completed pages to challenge
start cutting adventureland title and embellishments ~~ will wait till tomorrow afternoon.
get ready for game tonight (wouldn't go but FIL invited nieces to come over so I want to be there); may opt out... I just don't want to go!!

Good Morning!

My plans for starting the New Year changed last night when my brother called needing me to take care of the kids for a few days due to some medical issues- I really need to check on what they have done about guardianship of there 2 while I am there since both he and his wife have major medical issues.

Today:
gratitude journaling
pack
lunch with relatives in Brandon
drive across state
do stuff with the kids
contact friends/relatives in the area about a possible meet-up while we are taking care of the kids

Cassey, it's sooooo cold! Do you all have snow? Since the storm over the weekend, it's been so cold, that we still have over a foot! :eek: It's just crazy.

I'm working. Morgan was back to school, DH was back to work. I've got to work on my list for tomorrow, going to be a busy day!

Happy New Year to everyone! Back to work after 5 days off. Everyone I know has been sick over the christmas/new year break. 3 of the 5 of us have been on meds for bronchitis and I haven't felt like doing a darn thing.....so there's tons to do this week!

Ds did not sleep last night. Rough morning.

Dinner is in the crockpot.
Heading downstairs to eat breakfast and get moving. So cold out today!
Finish stack of pics for DD#3 album so I can work on other stuff.
Call and see about switching tomorrows appt to Fri since ill already be in town for kids dentist appt.
Work on other stuff :) orders, epcot swap, figure out plan for angel mk spots.
Make cornbread, maybe sweet tea to go with ribs. :)
Girls to put away laundry.
That's about it ;)

got all my stuff done and tested my phone with text to Nan :thumbsup2 so we are all ready to go, except bathroom stuff to pack in the am! think I'm going to go take a nap!

My brother will be okay he is just overwhelmed by everything. Mom decided to pay for taking the kids to Disneyquest so we will do that tomorrow or Friday. My brother has had a hard year with being diagnosed with Cardiomyapathy from getting a virus while serving in Iraq and then losing his career because of it and then the loss of dad so he just needs someone to listen and care for the kids there last couple of days of break. Thanks for the thoughts though.

Lisa- have a wonderful trip and I will follow along.

Glad you could be there for him Rebecca.. I am sure it is hard on him... can only imagine.. it's great that he has family to come help when he needs and that he asks for help!

Jennifer, we only got about 2 inches, but it has been so cold that is mostly frozen solid now. It is supposed to get warmer after tomorrow so hopefully it will melt!

good afternoon everyone - I"m stopping in to get the challange updated - working in inkscape - found pics of pins last night for the M&G in storybook circus so I'm working on that - Minnie isn't very good pic so hopefully she turns out OK

Thanks Ladies! He's fussy its been a week since his shots so Im not surprised. Finally got him down last night and then he managed to get his leg stuck-above his knee in the crib.:confused3 UGH!

He doesnt nap much these days. Girls are home.. School starts back on monday :cool1:
