Question about reserving multi-cabin excursion
1st time cruiser and need some advice/guidance...

So my DD and her Grandparents want to do a Dolphin excursion and I do NOT plan on joining. My original plan was to have the Grandparents sign up for excursions separately from us (seemed easier that way). However, if I do this for the Dolphin excursion it will look (on paper) like a child is going alone (which is not allowed per the web site).

Our reservations (in theory) are linked. Does this mean my parents can sign my daughter up when they sign-up for their excursion? Is this easy to do or do they need to log out and log back in (as us)? (They are sometimes tentative with on-line arrangements.)

Can the travel agent do this instead? Would this be easier?

Thanks so much!

I'm bumping because I *know* there are seasoned DISers who can offer advice to me on this... :)

I have reserved excursions for my cabins as well as my parents in the past. As long as your reservations are linked and you can see your parents' names you should have no difficulty doing this. My parents took our kids on a couple of excursions on a previous cruise and this is how we booked it. No problems at all.

When you go to the Activities tab, you should see the names of everyone who is traveling with you (ie linked if they are in other cabins). As long as you can see them there, you can book them together for excursions.
