Does anyone know anything about VIP Concierge service at Swan/Dolphin?
 

I have a friend asking me if it's worth registering for and I've never stayed there before and have no knowledge of this service...

You can make reservations at hotel restaurants or pre book spa treatments and the like, but don't confuse this with concierge level booking at a Disney resort. They are separate and unique offerings.

"This system will enable you to make advance reservations for several essential things. You may wish to reserve a town car to pick you up from the airport upon arrival, make dinner reservations in one of our signature dining restaurants, arrange for a massage or manicure at our luxurious Mandara spa or perhaps arrange for your child to attend Camp Dolphin so you can enjoy a night on the town. It's all possible with this easy-to use system."
