Are all turkey sandwiches created equal??

My DD is a big fan of the turkey sandwich at The Plaza. Can anyone compare this to the one at Cosmic Ray's? We have actually never eaten at CR's...thanks!!

Guess the real question is...is it good white meat turkey or is it nasty chopped-pressed-formed mystery meat? And can they be made plain to order, or are they already made up with pesto/mayo/whatever already soaked into the bread? I should've named the child Jane :)
