Refillable mugs and changing resorts
If I remember correctly, the mugs are good for your entire vacation even if you change resorts. Is that still the case?

We were at disney this summer and explored some of the other resorts QS restaurants and our refillable mugs worked at each one.

I did three resorts in Oct and bought a mug at my first resort and then just used it for the rest of the trip. I don't think they'd give you grief about that, but the truth is that the mugs are the same so who'd know.

I believe others who have done split stays have actually asked about this and no one's ever said that a resort put a kabosh on using the mug at different resort stays during the same trip.

Technically, and it is written right on the mug, that the mug is good for the entire length of stay at the resort you bought the mug. So, technically, it is only good for the first resort where you bought it.

We stayed at 5 different resorts on one trip this summer. We bought our mugs at the first resort, AKL (Kidani). When we were purchasing them I asked if we would be able to use them at the other resorts during our trip, and the CMs (two or three of them behind the counter) all said we would be able to use them.

At each of the following resorts, CBR, YC, BW, and ASMusic, we asked the CMs in the food courts and at the pools if we could use them since we purhcased them at AKL earlier in the trip. Each and every time we were told that we could use them. We had no issues, and were told things like "absolutely", "of course", " we would not expect guests to buy 4 or 5 sets of mugs on one trip". Of course we could have just not purchased them, but it really was a non issue for us this summer.

They are supposed to be for length of stay at your resort, if you switch you should buy a new one, but when we were there in Nov every resort had the same mug so how would they know. They used to be more resort specific.

I know this question is going to cause some disagreements, just an fyi.
