BLT Check-In Desk and Refillable Mug Station Question
 

If I were to check in online for my BLT stay, will I go to the new desk inside BLT, or would I still go to the main desk at CR?

Also... I know that I can use the refillable mug station at CR, but it seems to be inconvenient when not needing to enter the building (like catching a bus or walking to MK). But.....

What are the hours of the refillable mug station at BLT? It is next to the Cove Bar, so does it run on their hours? Is it open 24 hours? What about the on in CR? I'm used to other resorts where you can get to them at all different hours.

Also.. side question.. Do both have the Minute Maid Light Lemonade, or does one have the pomegranate lemonade? Thats not exactly important, but I LOVE that pomegranate lemonade!!!

If you drive, you will check in at BLT. If you take ME, you will check in at CR.

I believe the refillable mug station is at the Contemp Cafe.

I understand about the mug station in CR, I was wondering about the one by the pool at BLT.

Also, understand about DME dropping me off at CR... I just am wondering about, if I do Online Check In, will my stuff be at CR or the new desk at BLT? I know if I don't check in online i can use either desk.

Pretty sure if you arrive via DME, you always check in at the Contemporary even if you do online check in. (as of now)

The PP was correct. Where you check-in isn't determined by whether or not you did online check-in. ME will drop you off at CR and they will have all of your check-in info. Both desks have the same system, so one can see what the other has. This is just my guess, but I'm pretty sure Disney put a check-in desk in BLT because of member complaints and the CR having to service both resorts(bell staff, etc.). It's a win win for us, but I know it can be confusing.

I did online check-in for BLT and took ME. When we got off the bus at the CR, there were CMs waiting outside the door. We were asked our name, greeted with a smile and handed our check in info & room keys. We went right toour BLT villa. Very nice!

If we're driving, do we just go straight to BLT to checkin? How do we get in the door? The couple of times we've been to look around, the main doors have been locked or you needed a key or something.

You got your packet at BLT?

During the day, the main door to the lobby should be open.

Wow, I wish I would have known that. I used ME and walked over to the BLT for check in. However, I guess it really didn't matter, you have to walk over to BLT anyway.

So I will be moving from AKL to BLT, where will I check in?

No, from the CM who greeted me just in front of the CR lobby door - right after we stepped off the ME bus. Don't know if they do that for every ME bus or not. We were there in October.

The front doors are open from like 7am to 9pm. Lots of people around and there are at least 4 CMs in the lobby :)

Wow.. now that's service!! I guess, since I'm being let off at CR, I will just check in there, esp if I don't have a ready room. I'll leave my luggage there, since that is where they take it anyway.

When we walked up, there was a CM with an iPad who greeted us outside the door. The CMs were very proactive in helping folks as the approached.
