work on prototypes for MK swap

Wow!! What a night.. I got absolutely very little sleep!! I don't like those nights when I have a list of to dos away from the house!

DH up and out
boys up and movin'
myself ready for the day
ck email/DIS
make sure my shopping list is accurate.. NO impulse buying
DS16 to school
Drop DS12 off on my way out of town
errands
home
put things away
anxiously await mail.. my new sketch book is due in... I want it before I buy my extra papers so I don't have to run back out for Swiss Family Robinson.
pick up DS12
await DS16's arrival
homework/snack
dinner
game ~~ change; DS16 has fallen asleep twice, doesn't help that he isn't feeling 100% so we are going to stay home and watch a movie so he can rest!!
DS16 to bed ASAP when we return.. he has to be up by 6:30AM tomorrow... so he can eat and get ready for the ACT test at the HS..

I'm working. Didn't sleep great last night either. Not sure what's up, other than the craziness of the holidays. :confused3

Morgan has an early release day. DH will get her after school and they'll (hopefully) take out the tree and decorations. She has dance tonight, he's going out to dinner and shopping with his friends (Annual Goons' Night Out). I have to make some red velvet cupcakes for the bake sale/fundraiser/holiday dance performance tomorrow. Going to make some peppermint buttercream frosting to ice them too :)

We usually watch Elf when DH goes on his shopping trip, but I'm not sure we'll be able to, between dance, eating dinner, and making cuppycakes. We'll see :santa:

Nan - good luck to DS on his testing tomorrow. Its totally nerve-wracking! Never understood offering these tests so close to the holidays.

What's up with everyone not sleeping well? Hope everyone gets some much needed rest this weekend.

We had a 2 hour delay today due to ice. :confused3 It was raining, but no ice anywhere. Oh well, better safe than sorry. Lucky I have a very understanding workplace.

Tomorrow is finishing up the last of the Christmas shopping and Sunday will be an afternoon of wrapping. Maybe work in watching Elf. Love that movie! Thanks for the idea Jennifer. "Buddy the Elf, What's Your Favorite Color?" :laughing:

Both Rachel and I woke up this morning having found a cold. Sarah just called and said the doctor says she has bronchitis :sick:

I'm gonna lay low today and hope I can nip this in the bud.

"Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?" We watch it at least twice a year. Morgan and I can pretty much quote it all. There's something about that movie ;)
