An advertisement, thought to be one of the earliest surviving Mickey Mouse posters, was purchased by an unidentified bidder for $101,575 in Texas. The poster, created by Walt Disney, shows Mickey smiling and waving, while a tagline calls the animated icon "The World's Funniest Cartoon Character".
