Urgenet TIW help needed.
We leave TOMORROW...and I can't find my AP's or TIW card anywhere?!:eek:

I know we can simply replace our AP's at ticket window with our ID's. But I heard they can't replace your TIW card... BUT... I actually made a copy of the back when I received it (in case I ever lost it!)

Any chance this "copy" will work?!

I know when I signed up for mine there was a replacement fee of maybe $35 if you lost it. Just stop by guest services and check. But I do remember it being a fee to replace a lost card.

There is definitely a replacement fee though I can't remember the cost. The CM was sure to point that out to me when I purchased my card in October.

I believe the replacement fee is $50.

Yep, it is $50 to replace it. They do have a record of it in their system if you don't have the copy. We threw ours away because we didn't plan on going back before it expired. Then we changed our mind. Luckily we had a $50 credit from the resort, so we used that to get the replacement card.

Replacement fee is $50. I do not think they will accept the copy or they woudn't have a replacement fee. Glad you found it, but if you hadn't and your membership was close to expiring, I think it's a better idea to just buy a new membership.
