Missing Photopass Pics- Suggestions?

My Photopass pics expire in 5 days and I was just giving them a quick glance before ordering the CD. I hadn't had a chance to look through them before, and I noticed out photos with the 7 Dwarves from MNSSHP wasn't on there, though all other photos seem to be accounted for. Is there any hope of recovering this, or should I just order the CD? We have a copy from our own camera but it's not the greatest, so I was hoping the Photopass one would be a bit better.

Thanks for any help in advance!

I had that same problem in 2009. I had uploaded all my PP picks and we were missing the pictures taken with my DD and the Beast.

We knew what day and about what time they were taken(and of course where). I just called and they were able to locate my pictures. They were also able to extend my time period because I was still creating my photo album. They are quite flexible.

Good to hear Jodeeb, hoping ours can be found too.

Thanks so much Mvazul!

You don't need to call. There is an online form on the photopass web site, which you can submit. They ask for as much information as you can provide.

After our last trip, we realized our pictures from the Epcot character spot were missing. I provided as much information as I could (including pretty much the exact time, since we had some time stamped photos from our own camera) and what my sons were wearing.

The photos were found really quickly!

Ours was DD's first picture with Mickey and they were never recovered. :(

Sounds like others have had good luck!

You do sometimes get the odd one :( We had one this year too that they couldn't find, but we've had a few missing pics over the years and they have always been able to recover the rest of them.

Oh man, first pic with Mickey? I'd rather lose a bunch of other run of the mill shots than one of those  I'm so sorry x

I know :(. She was not quite 4 months old and it was a MNSSHP and she was dressed as a green M&M - you would think it would have been easy. They finally just decided the PP photographer didn't scan a card period and they just got lost.

I remember the Green M&M from your live trippie that year (2010?) Now that you mention it we had a few that didn't scan this year either. Most were on but some were just not scanned and I knew that at the time - they were taking pics of my PP card as it wouldn't scan so I had my doubts at the time. But ours are kind of 'replaceable' if I dare say something like that. But a first Mickey photo is not. :sad2:
