I saw where you are required to buy at least 50 points if you are wanting to finance through Disney. Would you be able to buy two 25 point contracts and still qualify for financing?

yes, when we added on we did a a few 25 contracts to break up the large amount of points into smaller contracts and they asked if we wanted to finance; they counted the total combined points for financing or incentives i.e. for adding on 100 points for their discount price or developer points.

So on those smaller contracts. How does that work with being able to book 11 months out?

No matter the size of the contract, you will get the 11 month advantage at your home resort.

if you have one 500 pt SSR contract and one 25 pt BLT contract and you want to book BLT at 11 months out, then you have one 25 pt BLT contract that can be used to book BLT. at 7 months out, you have 525 pts that can be used at any DVC resort based on availability.

but you cannot combine pts from different home resorts at 11 months out. as someone once put it: it's the points that have the home resort priority, not you.

Right, so when it comes time to booking at 11 months or anytime, the contracts are displayed online, should you do online booking, and you select points from those contracts of that home resort. All of the smaller contracts show for the home resort.
