Cinderella Blu-ray DVD deals?

Haven't really found any - not like last week's The Avengers 5-disc at Target for $19.99.

I know there's a $5 coupon from DMR, but that still makes the movie $22.99 (Best Buy) or $23 (Target).

Should we wait til Thanksgiving to get it?

I looked everywhere and didn't see much either. I ended up buying it on amazon because I had a credit on my account so it made it cheaper for me. It's $22.99 so the same as everywhere else.

I'm sure black friday or closer to christmas it may go on sale but it's pretty popular and has been in the vault for awhile so I was iffy if it would go cheaper and I don't want to deal with people on BF so I went ahead and got it now.

Is there anything new on this DVD that isn't on the one I bought a while ago?

These are the new bonus features for the standard dvd:
- "Tangled Ever After” Animated Short

- Behind the Magic: A New Disney Princess Fantasyland

- Diane Disney Miller Intro

If you were to buy the 2 disc diamond edition, you receive those plus:
Same as DVD Plus

- Personalized Digital Storybook: Bibbidi-Bobbidi-You (Disney Second Screen Experience)

- The Magic of the Glass Slipper: A Cinderella Story

- DisneyView

- Classic DVD Bonus
- a blu ray copy

The 3 disc set is everything above plus a digital copy.

I've seen Tangled Ever After and I know most of the fantasyland info from the other forums here. I don't own this dvd yet so I had to add it to the rest of them. Otherwise I wouldn't buy it. How I missed it the last time it came out I don't know!

So unless you care about the special features or want it on blu ray, you can probably skip this one. If you bought the first time on dvd special edition, you probably have more special features than this new one.

I wouldn't, as Disney's "animated classics" don't get deep discounts on Black Friday/the run-up to Christmas (since they are normally going to be big sellers for Disney, regardless of the economic situation).

Usually, the first week of release (and a coupon, if available) will get you the best all-around deal...

Has anyone found a coupon for this DVD or BlueRay? ToysRUs had something with a free doll, but I'm not interested in a doll.

$5 coupon from disney movie rewards for the 3-disc set that sells for $28. Not sure if it would work with the 2-disc set that sells for $23.

Saw a set with a jewelry box in a Costco ad but can't find the price anywhere without going to the store.

Does anyone know if the digital copy will include Tangled Ever After? Mine doesn't seem to and I am wondering if I need to download it again or if it is just the film :/

My guess is it is just Cinderella available on the digital copy as that is how previous digital copies have been.

It's not intended to work with the 2-disc set, but sometimes, people....well, let's just say YMMV...

I figured that, but I also remember reading threads on here where people said they successfully used the coupon at Target or another retailer for a different version of the DVD (not the specific one that it says its for, but a "lesser" one). :upsidedow
