resale payments

when you buy a resale from TTS or dvcbyresale, etc can any of the payments be made by credit card or is it all done by certifed, bank check. what about the final payment? TIA

It may depend on who you buy it from. Contact that reseller when you find a contract you want. Better, before you find a contract you want.

Typically you can make your deposit on the contract with a credit card but final closing payment is almost always done by certified check or wire transfer.

We bought through Fidelity and our deposit was taken by credit card.

I second this. We did out intial deposit via credit card and then the balance in certified check.
