allergies have progressed to the cold not surprised they always seem to. I don't know what it is but the week of the fair and week after all of us are ALWAYS sick. I swear its the back to school germs.

Had a great weekend! Went to the Scrapbook Expo in West Palm Beach on Friday - bought some goodies, did a couple make and takes and learned some new stuff! Went to Key Largo on Saturday for a beachfront wedding and reception which was beautiful and since we spent the night at the resort, had Sunday brunch at Snappers along the waterfront with friends before heading home yesterday afternoon :)

I'm working. Morgan is with my sister for the holiday and my boss is out. Guess that means I'll have to do some filing. :lmao:

Sun is shining and it's beautiful out. This is why I live in New England.

Got a letter from the town that there appears to be an unregistered and/or inoperable car on my property. Uh, no, there's not. My car is registered and operable. Sure, it's missing a couple hubcaps, but I don't think that's illegal (and just not a priority right now). Prove to me that it's not registered.

Well so much for my afternoon plans........ Tom watched the weather and we're supposed to get dumped on rain wise the next 2 days so off to the garden to pick winter squash and potatoes. Boys will mow lawns, more to remove leaves than mowing when they get home.

I would love it if we could but DH doesn't have that much time off. We love driving, see the sights, etc. So, we are flying into Toronto and then driving to Kitchener which is about a 45 minute drive west. We are flying out on 10/4 - hope the leaves are changing!

I don't think our leaves are going to do anything. It was such a dry summer and they are basically going toward the yellow/brown now. Today and tomorrow we're supposed to get 2.5" of rain that will knock down a lot!

It would be a long drive! We usually drive whenever we go anywhere.
