Any room request suggestions for VWL?
 

Hi all. We are heading to the lodge for the first time next month. I am wondering if there are any rooms that are located better than others or just worth requesting. We are traveling with grandma (in a wheelchair), grandpa, DD5, DD3, DW and myself. We are in dedicated two bedroom. Grandma can get out of wheelchair fairly easily to shower and generally get around. Thanks!

With a wheelchair the best room IMO was always close to the elevator. Pushing the wheelchair on the carpeted hallways isn't a lot of fun so I always wanted to try and make it as short of a walk as possible.

the easy access on the first floor - have steps to get to vwl - so they probably won't work for you. would ask for first floor.
