So we fly out of Canberra at 6.15am tomorrow morning. We need to be at the airport by 5.15 so we are booking a cab for 4.45 :scared1: which means i probably need to get up at 3.45 :scared1::scared1:.

I'm 98% packed and am bored to tears and time is dragging :rotfl2:. I have work I could be doing, but hey, who can focus on work. I feel like I need to distract myself somehow but don't know what would work :rotfl:. I'm starting to get that nervous feeling in my stomach and have double checked everything 100 times. I'm the biggest overplanner in the world LOL.

Our WDW itinerary is 11 pages long, well you need a page per day right :rotfl2:. My DH thinks I may be going a little mad but does agree that I am great at packing and planning (which is man talk for "thank god I don't have to do anything but rock up").

Being alone in the house is driving me crazy also. It's so quiet which normally I love but today not so much. I might have to put some Disney music on or something, anything to get through the day.

I'm pacing, I'm agitated, I'm bored, I'm nervous, I'm excited.

I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm..........going to NY and WDW soon:cool1::cool1::cool1:

Sooo exciting. You could always come and help me clean my house, to quell your boredom :rotfl:

Did you end up using the spreadsheet? I found it great.

aussiegirls 09-20-2010 09:06 PM

OMG Shuttergirl, you are going tomorrow :scared1: That came around very, very quickly.

I reckon you should grab a girlfriend and drag her out to lunch with you - that will make the day go really fast :thumbsup2

Have a great time.

Ms. Shuttergirl 09-20-2010 09:12 PM

Kalice, I played around with the spreadsheet but in the end did more of a top to bottom running sheet for each day. It just seemed to work better with my brain :lmao:. I loved playing with all the spreadsheets though.

Aussiegirls - I did lunch with a girlfriend yesterday. Thought I would be so busy rushing around today, but here i am twiddling my thumbs. I am actually trying to focus on a little work but have just put a Disney CD on, listening to Beauty and the Beast now.

Ooooohhh, do you have butterflies - I always have butterflies on the day and the day before :yay::yay:

Ms. Shuttergirl 09-20-2010 09:26 PM

I totally have butterflies today. It's driving me insane actually :rotfl:. Too much time to think and obsess which is a real flaw of mine. I overthink everything.

Champagne o'clock may have to come a little earlier today, and that should help with sleeping tonight :lmao::lmao:

heidispidi 09-20-2010 09:55 PM

How very EXCITING! Not that you're bored, but that you're going TOMORROW! I look forward to getting non-stop updates from you! I agree with you, have a champagne (one glass or a whole bottle - it's up to you!), and relax!

Ms. Shuttergirl 09-20-2010 10:01 PM

I'm usually a one bottle kinda gal Heidi :rotfl2:
