Thank you for posting this. It is the thing that my DH is looking forward to most on our next trip. He's biggest celeb crush is Cat Cora, and he can't wait to eat at one of her restaurants.

We love Kat Cora also. I'm wondering if she will show for the opening :goodvibes.

:banana:Thank you for getting the information and posting it here. I am so sad to see Spoodles go away, but excited to try Cat Cora's creation.

Oh my, that looks wonderful....thank goodness its something different from the cookie cutter menus at most Disney resturants now. Thank you for posting...I can't wait. We have a ressie 10/08.:cloud9:

I was thinking the same thing about the menu. I like that there was a Spoodles and that there is a Boma to stray away from the "cookie Cutter" menus.

Thank you for all your hard work typing! :flower3:
The menu sounds great. We're booked there our last night. We love to order two side salads, and then share a couple of appetizers instead of entrees. Kouzzina will be perfect for this, I think.:thumbsup2

Galaktoboureko is my absolute favorite Greek dessert.

Wonder what will be on the Kid's Menu? :confused3 Although, to be honest, all DD has to hear is "baklava" and she'll beat a path to Kouzzina before we do. :rotfl2:

Sounds really yummy especially the goat cheese stuffed grape leaves! Thank you for posting!!!

letthewookiewin 08-03-2009 11:58 PM

Has anyone heard if it will be on the DDP. I'm assuming if it is it would be a 2 TS credit meal.

quirty30 08-04-2009 12:33 AM

I believe it is on the DDP and 1 TS credit, just like Spoodles was.

When is Kouzzina opening and take first ressies? We would love to try being we are of Greek origin! :cloud9:

kaytieeldr 08-04-2009 07:12 AM

Already taking reservations - started July 24, I think. And, opening, maybe September 17?

Epcot4Me 08-04-2009 07:24 AM

Looks fabulous! I will never complain about a WDW restaurant with 2 vegetarian entrees though:thumbsup2
