Disneyland Merchandise Shipping?

We purchased some items that would not fit in our luggage and was too large to have as a carry-on and one of the Disneyland shops shipped the items to our house. My question is, what shipping service does Disneyland use? I thought it was UPS, but it says my tracking isn't valid. I tried USPS, they said the same thing. Any ideas?

Try https://www.packagetrackr.com

You can give it a tracking number from any major carrier and it will know who it is

That said, and I have no idea when you were there or bought it, but if it is UPS, their shipments often don't show tracking information right away. Sometimes it can take up to a day from the time the shipper (Disney) creates/prints the label.

Thank you so much, @grelca! I tried typing in the tracking they gave me, but it says the shipping carrier hasn't uploaded the tracking yet. It couldn't even figure out from the numbers I gave them what carrier it was, which is odd.

We purchased it last Sunday, so I would have thought they shipped it off by now. Unfortunately Disney Merchandising isn't open on weekends, so will have to wait until Monday to see where the package is.

I haven't had a lot of luck tracking packages being shipped from Disneyland/Disney World. I don't think the tracking number on the shipping form you fill out in the store is necessarily the tracking number used by the shipping company. You're best bet is to call Disney Merchandising and hopefully they can help. I have found that things take between one to two weeks to arrive (cross-country at least).

It actually arrived late Monday! We had to call Disney Merchandising because the tracking number on the receipt was not the tracking number used for shipping. We were really impressed with how they packaged everything and the delivery method they chose. Such a convenient service that I'm glad Disney provides!

Just in case anyone else reads this and wants to know, it was UPS shipping that delivered our package.

@minnieralyks Do you recall what the shipping costs were? Was it a flat rate or based on weight?

We are going soon and I thought about shipping back most of our stuff but certainly don't want to get my heart set on items that'll cost a fortune to ship!

It was flat based on where you live. For us, it was $17.65 for standard ground shipping to the midwest (my annual pass discount actually paid for most of the shipping, so really I was only out $4.65). Such a great service!! I'm sure they would be able to bundle multiple items and send in the same box, which saves.

If you're curious about the shipping cost specifically to your house, you can ask the CM at the cashier and they can quickly look it up for you.
