Where are the mug refill stations at BWV?

During my next stay at BWV i would like to get a refillable mug (mine need to be tossed from so much use) I have requested a room closest to the swan and dolphin because i am attending a conference there.

I am wondering if there would be a refill location that would be close enough to where i am staying (swan and dolphin end). If not and i have to travel a distance to get the mug refilled then i probably won't get it and i will just pack coffee to make in the room.

Does the swan and dolphin have the refillable mug system? - I am guessing no seeing that it really isn't a Disney owned resort

For coffee you can get it at the lounge in the morning, otherwise it's the Boardwalk bakery or when it's open the pool refills sodas. There will not be anything very close to you.

And no, Swan/Dolphin doesn't have refillable mugs afaik - or at least not quite the same system. You could check at Picabo though.

Don't they refill at the main pool?

Fairly certain they don't have coffee there though, and they are not open early.

None of the refill stations will be at all close to the section of BWV that is closest to Swan/Dolphin resorts . My advice is to make coffee in your room and bring along some paper cups with covers so you can bring a cup along as you walk to the conference. Otherwise plan on buying your coffee at the Swan or Dolphin - or maybe you'll be lucky and the conference will have coffee for the attendees. :)

And aren't they fencing the pool now so someone staying at Swolphin wouldn't be able to get in to refill a mug anyway? The Bakery is the only reasonably close option left, I'd think...

We purchased refillable mugs our last 2 trips, 12 nights in March and 13 nights for Food & Wine early this month. Coffee was easy in the mornings in the lobby Bellevue lounge, but soda refills not so much as we were quite far from the elevators. After a long walk back from EPCOT it didn't seem worthwhile to go to room and double back just for a soda. As we are big caffeine free diet drinkers, we've decided next trip to make coffee in the room and purchase soda on a grocery trip.

Disney mugs are like other Disney products, they want you to buy them and not use them so they make it difficult for you to do so.

I still occasionally buy a mug and don't use it much. It's my Disney souvenir!

I usually get use out of it at home and bring coffee to work in them.

I don't particularly like Disney coffee and drink very little soda, so I'll get a hot chocolate or two and that's about it.

And that's great! We all have things that we love , as long as you know about the limitations and use going in, you won't be unhappy. For us we don't buy the mugs anymore, they seem small in size and walking from your room to a refill station can be a trek.
