The Mythos reservation system has entire weeks left off? Is it closed during this time? Does Universal list its refurbs anywhere? With the huge list of refurbs at WDW , its surprising not to see closures at Universal also?
To be fair it could be that internally the system is working fine and reservations are able to be made on their side but for customers the system could be screwy.I finally called and the staff says there are plenty dates avaiable and their system was fine. I got my dates.

I don't know how many times at my past job I was able to log into a customer's account and on my side everything was fine and the screens were the same screens the customer would see..but for the customer something wasn't working right. It came down to how the system was programmed for me, as an employee of the company, and how it was working for the customer. Sometimes it was also related to using Chrome, Firefox, etc that was more or less on the customer's side of things.
I agree for sure with your point but the thing is it's far from a "Universal Studios" problem. Many companies are like that at some point in time. Doesn't make it right though.Either way its bad. No way a company like this should accept it web site, internal, external or mobile to be non functional for any length of time....thats what IT gets paid to do.
