Does anyone know if there's a pattern to deals and promotions given for DC? Two years ago we were going right after Thanksgiving and a promotion came out sometime in October that saved us a ton of money. Does anyone know if they offered this deal last year or has info that it will be back this year? The non dolphin swim was $99 and the dolphin swim was a lot cheaper too!

If you have a seaworld pass, this promotion is going on now.

Through what dates? We are looking at April 17th, and I have heard from members that days are released yet for next April. If they are open now, I will sign up asap. Thanks :)

SW is struggling financially, believe they suspended stock dividend.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Blue Friday deals extra special this year, perhaps including DC.:wizard:

I would have agreed before our visit last Saturday.....Discovery Cove was more crowded than I have ever seen it. One of the TM's working at Adventure Photo concurred, and said they were "overbooked" for the day we were there (in excess of the normal 1300 capacity cap). Apparently Fridays through Mondays have been VERY busy at DC all summer and into the fall season.

We are back again today for the second visit of this trip: considering its a weekday this time, I will be curious to see if there's any difference in the numbers. It was impossible to even get a lounger on Saturday.

Aquatica, on the other hand, was EMPTY yesterday. They sent many TM's home due to the low number of guests (we had a great, informative chat with our cabana attendant). They estimated that there were "well under 2000 total people" yesterday......every slide was virtually a walk-on. Even Dolphin Plunge had hardly any wait.

IDK sea world was absolutelydead both times we visited from 10/1 to 10/14 trip. Never did make it over to Aquatica.

To many variables in play to make a definitive call honestly.

*perhaps AP holders are flocking for the heavily discounted AP rates to DC, why not when not much more than an Aquatica tix when u factor in the food/booze.

*Might even be following thru on pre purchased last year's BF deals. We waited until this trip to activate ours, will run into next year.

*Another issue may be people voting with their feet as to the huge jump in WDW tix/APs and doing DC instead since SW or SW/A/BG tix offered.
We don't have long to wait! Are you going to fire up the BF thread again? Nov is right around the corner :yay:.

I would like to pick up single day or APs for one of my adult son's family if the price is right as a Xmas present since they're visiting over NYE.
