Might have to stay at CB ( change of plans) so I was wondering how far of a walk is it to SF so we can catch the boat to CW?

There aren't any sidewalks or crosswalks to get there. It did take about 5 min to get to the boat dock area from the front of CB. Might be more scary to walk as the days get shorter and it's darker outside.

Go out the front entrance of CBBR. Use the crosswalk and wait for the traffic light. Plenty safe. Walk up the entrance to SF, into the lobby through the main doors. At the back right of the lobby, there is a big circular staircase. Take that to the bottom. Walk past the restaurant and out the doors. The boat dock is right in front of you. Takes less than 5 minutes.

We get asked this a lot. It will be good when we can get an aerial view from googlemaps to show people exactly the route.

The main entrances to Cabana Bay and Sapphire Falls are directly across from each other. You can easily travel from one to the other.

Helpful thank you.

Would hope if enough CB guests decide to ride boat over to parks, they put on extra boats to accommodate the extra # of people, especially in the am when trying to get into the park for EE. The boat service is main reason I booked SF over CB for a HHN night.

Head's up to CB guests though, it's not uncommon for room keys to be checked getting on the boats in late evening, especially during HHN.

I only stayed at SF to check it out and our friends had the GAC or whatever it's called at USO. No need for express. Anyway, it was a low crowd time when we went but they still had plenty of boats running. The only hangup now is the stop lights they had to install as the canal isn't big enough for two boats to pass each other. No big deal at all but, we did have to wait a few minutes on most trips for the path to be clear. I couldn't care less, I'm on vacation!

_20161002_185040.JPG The boats are really busy tonight. The one in the picture is already full and the line is going up the path. I haven't had my room key checked since I've been here but I haven't travelled at busy times.

Just got back and you can either a)cross the street and it right there (busy road) or b) take the bridge over and around (maybe 5 minutes at most)
