Thank you so much for all your lovely messages. Hope the insurance company sort things out soon so we can all go home. A lot of memories at this hotel it's where we celebrated DD's 21st last year hotel are being very good with us though.
 
I'm so sorry for your loss, as someone who has lost two family members overseas I know this is a scary and devastating time. I hope the insurance company help you in every way possible.
