On the last trip we had I subbed French Onion soup at BOG for dessert, I subbed green beans for dessert at Cosmic Ray's, and I subbed carrots/celery snack at the Meadow's Snack Bar. It varies depending where you are but anything with a snack credit logo worked for us. (As a side note all the veggies were for my 2 year old who wasn't old enough for the dining plan so I shared my food and wanted to make sure she got some healthy stuff too. I'm not really that healthy of an eater myself.)
