Kelby86 that is so awful, I completely feel your pain, happened to us the first time we got on hold, keep trying we finally got through, although I feel like I've aged about 10 years in the process lol!!! I'm sure it'll be so worth it all when we're drinking cocktails on Castaway Cay, sending lots of luck xxx
 
I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP.... I was on hold and then was transferred to a survey LIKE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE - on hold for almost an hour and put to a survey like I was able to book.

THEN DROPPED FROM MY CALL! I am sorry, I am beyond LIVID right now.

my hold call got dropped after 40 mins. Now on hold again on 2 phones. a land line and older smart phone. I'm hanging in!

Hang in there. It is excruciating, I know. 2 hours of dialing, 45 minutes on hold and then luckily only another 15 minutes to do the details. Held my breath when she put me on hold to confirm...

Like you, we also wanted 4C and they were available (as was 4B, and 4A). BTW - the process goes much smoother if you've done the Member Cruise before. They had all of our stuff already on file.

I finally was able to book I counted the redials on my phones 597 times I called. I got what I wanted, I was worried as my cousin is going on this cruise and she got through earlier than I did and all I was hoping was that I was able to rooms , it is like a family reunion we have 6 cabins booked between us.
 
thanks. After over 4 hrs. we are finally in the booking stage. The 4C cabin #'s we wanted were still available and the CM took our cell in case we get disconnected. This will be our 4th Member Cruise and the longest it's taken us to book. Last year we got in on the first round. Not so lucky this time.
 


We were finally able to get through, still waiting to get through to the cast member who will take our credit card information. We went with 4C because by the time we go through 4 was the only things left. Hope it's a good location!
 
We finally got thru but our first 4 picks were gone. We are now in category 5D room 6036, real close to where we have been before I think...smjj

that's our category too. It's deck 7 and the 4's are mid ship so location should be very good.

Has anyone else had a phone call from DVC apologising for being disconnected, we've just had one!!! They asked if we had finally got through and said if we hadn't they were offering short wait lines now!!!

Yes. I got the same call right after we had completed our booking. When we got thru, I hung up the other lines which were on hold. Wonder if that prompted the call back. I was surprised to get it.
