The Weekend Grind ~ 8/27/2016 - 8/28/2016

Good Morning!

Last weekend in August, can't believe it...and college football starts next Saturday! Joe is giddy with glee, haha!

Another stormy start to our weekend - looks like that will be the norm for the next few days as this wave moves along...

Today:
Strip and make bed
Finish up laundry
Online refresher class for my camera
Scrap
Joe has a couple honey do items
Grilling steaks? Depends on weather...
Movie night

Tomorrow:
Walk (if weather permits!)

Relax
Roasting a chicken for supper

order a couple Christmas gifts for Megan since I've got a little extra $$ this month
not sure about anything else at this point

Sorry I'm late to the party...
I had a sinus infection yesterday that I battled and think I may have beaten.
Then we had football this morning and it was delayed due to lightning...then when they got ready to go they were still getting tickets sold so most parts off both teams missed the kick off....lots of unhappy parents off both sides.. Then it rained the entire 2nd half. Hard fought game but we came out on the short end of the stick this year..

Today's agenda:

send M off on his week long conference
make my list for the week (I'm a single mom this week)

take photos of PJ with her college diploma that FINALLY arrived... That was a fiasco trying to get the school to mail them.. It's not hard.. if they were eligible to graduate which you verified prior to the ceremony it shouldn't have been an issue to get their diplomas to them.. Real quick to take the money from the kids for tuition but the kids had to fight for the receipt of diploma.. ERRR!
