Aloha my fellow Aulani loving Dis'ers! I am in Ko Olina right now and staying at the Marriott before our week at Aulani (it is a long story I will save for my trip report). I just wanted to let you all know, especially those of you with out a car, that the Marriott just down the lagoon path holds a mini farmers market every Monday. We bought fresh sweet papaya, pineapple, green beans, zucchini and a fantastic ready to mix home made green papaya salad with a mildly spicy sweet chili dressing. There was so much more including a section of home baked goods as well. (we didnt try any of those) I just thought I would post it here because I find the fruit at the grocery store to be a little under ripe and more expensive.

Awesome!! Thanks for sharing!! Do they open early? Sounds like a great walk to take early before my family wakes up :)

This is amazing, thank you so much for posting! We are going for the first time in February and won't have a car for any portion of the trip, so this would be awesome.

Enjoy your vacation :)!

The activities calendar says 9:00 am to 1:00 pm but they seemed to pack up and go when they are sold out so I would not leave it to the last minute. They only take cash as well.

Thanks. We are going in October and I have been searching for a farmers market closer to Aulani that is held early in our stay. Thanks for the info!

Just a quick FYI, we went this past Monday. It is a very small farmers market as in 2 vendors. One is a fruit and vegetable vendor and the other is bakery items. It is very small but the fruit and vegetables we bought were excellent quality. The malasadas were pretty tasty from the bakery table!

IF any of you do go, try the giant mangoes they sell. I bought one last week that was probably the best mango I have ever eaten. it was pretty expensive compared to all the other farmers markets too, like 5 bucks but it was huge and enough for all 4 of us. Partyoffive makes a good point, it isnt a traditional farmers market as in lots of vendors, but the produce is excellent quality especially the fruit.

Great information. Thanks for sharing! Do you know how long this farmer's market has been there?

We were also there in 2014 and I think it did happen back then but I didnt buy anything so I am not sure if it might have been the local artists as vendors that day. They have quite a few various things happening in and around that resort all the time.

Is this year round or just seasonal? We will be there in December and would love to take advantage of this.

pretty sure it is year round but you could call and ask when you get there, 808 679 4700. I guess there might be some fruits or veggies that are nicer in the summer but most of the produce is year round.
