I believe you can't post photos until you have 10 posts. Also, be aware, to post photos they must be smaller than 1MB. You can drag and drop them into the post, or copy and paste them. Or you can use a photo hosting site.

You're welcome. Also - once you've reached the 10 post line, it does take the system a little while (30-60 minutes) before the features are added to your account.

Just for further info - those features that activate will be adding an avatar, creating a signature, and participating in private conversations.
