Our banking deadline is July 31. We have a few points to bank. Now for our trip in Nov. at BLT/BCV, we have a one day waitlist for another night at BCV. The points for the room category is the same , 15 points a night. Will the points from the BLT room be used for the BCV room, or will points be borrowed?

As long as you input that the BLT reservation be cancelled if your waitlist fills then they would cancel the BLT and use the points for the BCV. If you did not indicate that you want to call MS and have them note that otherwise they should leave the BLT reservation and borrow for the BCV reservation.
