hey there!!

I have a question for you Disney fans who are of drinking age. Where is the best place on property to get champagne? I've seen a few lounges that have one or two champagne selections, but is there somewhere that has more of a selection than others? We are leaving in 38 days and are meeting our friends there! Would love to have some bubbly to celebrate :)

It looks like Mizner's lounge, at the Grand Floridian has several champagnes.

You might also check Citico's lounge at the Grand Floridian. You can go there without having dinner there. They boast a very extensive wine list.

I believe France, in Epcot, does champagne tastings along with wine tastings in the shops.
Also, Chef's de France says they have several varieties. Not sure if they have a lounge, or just the dinning room.

I know Victoria and Albert's has several champagnes, but aside from an expensive dinner the champagne would cost an additional 400 - 800 dollars or more.
 
Not sure where you're staying, but some of the resort shops also sell sparkling wines. It may be fun if you're, say, on the Boardwalk, you can pick up a bottle (I guess you'd want to bring plastic champagne glasses though - or real ones) and sit outside and people watch with it?

I have ordered Prosecco from Garden Grocer as well - last trip when we were in a villa at AKV.

I'm a bit frugal though! Just thinking of less expensive ways to enjoy bubbly. You're free to enjoy it at places like the Boardwalk, the beaches, basically anywhere at the resorts (they just won't let you walk in or out of a park with drinks - as I had to chug my last bit of beer once leaving Epcot through the International Gateway!
 
Cali Grill had a great selection last time I was there--granted it was Valentines Day, but I would image they would have most if not all the ones they had that night regularly.
