Is Frozen still breaking down all of the time?

We had bad luck with it on our trip a couple of weeks ago. Had a FP, arrived and it was down. We waited about an hour and a half to see if it would come back up since the CM's just kept saying "they didn't know". This was in the evening and it wasn't until 9:15 or so (Illuminations was pretty much done) that the CM's said it wasn't going to re open for the night. (see this is why we never wait in lines like that! Ugh first time we tried to wait it out and it didn't pay off!) We did have a decent view of Illuminations, though.

FP was then good for the next day, though we were planning to be at MK. Rearranged a couple of things, kept checking MDE, and headed to Epcot with the sole intention of riding FEA. Just as Monorail was pulling into Epcot, MDE reported it closed. Yup, arrived there and it was down. We weren't going to wait again so DH, DS, and I left for MK but three DD's stayed to hang out at Epcot. They saw it opened again and raced over there, got in the line, and were supposed to be the next group on the boats and.........yup, down again and building evacuated. They gave them each a paper FP to use anytime.

Okay so finally a couple of days later we rope dropped it and FINALLY got to ride it!! I have to say we loved it. The audio animatronics were wonderful. (though we all joke we are now permanently scarred by this attraction!!)

We were able to ride it once during our last trip but the other day we'd planned an FP+ for FEA it was down during our Fastpass window and we never made it back. I'd like to ride it again this weekend but I'm concerned about "burning" my Fastpasses at Epcot that day and FEA not operating at a time that would be convenient for us to ride.
