Has anyone used it?
What address do I use?
Where do packages go?
Is there a fee?

I see some dated posts on this topic, but would really like a recent experience.

I have never used services for food delivery from home

I have sent a box to the hotel for friends there and myself at rpr

When they arrive, the box is held at the convention center and only a small fee ($10) for me to pay when I pick it up

Where is the convention center in regards to rooms?
And do they have certain hours?
I would assume with the need to pick up cold items it would be 24/7??

When I used it last year, they were open during normal business hours for me to get my items

Was told that the front desk could possibly have the items picked up to have at the hotel

Do not know if that is normal procedures or just doing me a favor

No refrigeration was involved in my stuff
Do not think they have any way to keep something cold for you

The items I mailed that I could pick up were not perishables

Maybe you could find out if the hotel accepts the local service that shops and deliver to you are allowed
