I need to print this page out and show it to my family and say "See Zelly and Ariel and Courtneybeth" all say I have to go. I guess I have time to figure out the PDC vs Half thing but who am I kidding when it comes to extra bling. And extra excuses to dress up. Ahhhh...I think I'm going to bring it up to hubby tonight...Ahhhhh!

Sorry to get your hopes up ... but I'm just as sad about it as you are.

I want to go ... I just need a money tree, a winning lottery ticket, and a time turner so that I can be in two places at once because I'm sure some scheduling issue will pop up between now and then.

UGH. We all need to win PowerBall y'all.

But I guess since I'm doing Princess and not the Ultra, that I'll be going for my second pink C2C next year. Yay! We'll see if I can make the Pixie Dust Challenge work ... I just love that Disneyland 10K course.

Some TAs are already getting ready to take pre-orders for bibs! I'll let you guys know what the offers are once I hear back.

Definitely looking forward to heading back for Tink next year!

Pricing for the Tinker Bell Half Marathon weekend is as follows:

Pixie Dust Challenge: $330 (plus ticket)
1/2: $175 (plus ticket)
10K: $115 (plus ticket)
5K: $75 (plus ticket)

All race registrations require a 1 day ticket. No hotel is required.

Thank you for posting this. I feel like I can make a financial game plan with this little last piece of info. Did you see the 5k medals will be metal? Is that still the normal price for 5k or higher now?

That was my first thought when I saw the change. The Never Land 5K was already pricey so I really hope it doesn't go up!

To be honest, I haven't been keeping up well with the construction info - but they're building Star Wars Land or whatever it'll be called in Disneyland Park. They took out Big Thunder Ranch for that and I know the railroad and Rivers of America are being affected as well.

Quick question... If I run the Disney half in January, princess half, and the tinkerbell half, do I get the normal c2c medal along with the pink? Or just one?

The wording makes it sounds like I can get both:

"The same race can be used for multiple challenges"

From this year, it seemed like runners who ran the tink and princess got both the normal and pink one by running just the two races. Based on this, yes.. You would get both coast to coast even if you did not run in January. Hopefully, someone can confirm they got both by running just tink and princess.
