...on your next trip that you have never done at Disney?

I have a few, since we've only been a couple of times.

I want to go see the Wilderness Lodge.
I want to get a margarita at Epcot's Mexican pavilion.
I want to pick a pearl from the Japan pavilion.

What's something new that you're looking forward to?

I want to write a wish in the Wish Book at the Magic Kingdom and my kids would like to see the Electrical Water Pageant.

There's a Wish Book!?!

This will be my 6th trip to WDW and I had no idea there was a Wish Book in Magic Kingdom!!! Please, tell me more!!!!

It's located in Pinocchio Village Haus. This is where I found the information, if you read the comments underneath the article some of them are really sweet :) http://****************.com/writing-your-wish-in-the-wish-book-at-magic-kingdom-wdw/

Thank you @MunchkinSweetPea

While your link didn't work (I believe it was "censored"), I was able to figure out where you were going and I now know what I'm going to do when we go in November.

After 30 something years of going to WDW at least every other year and the last 3 years twice a year there are still so many things I haven't done. The last two trips I decided to do just as you said, either things I've never done or haven't done in many years. One in each park. Last trip I rode the Liberty Bell (never done it before) at MK, in Epcot saw the movie in France (never done it) and the one in China (been years), in AK did Birds in Flight (never done it), at HS I had a little problem finding something I either hadn't done or wanted to do but ended up getting something from Starbucks (I hate Starbucks so that was a stretch so I got something to eat). This Sept. I'm thinking of the following:

MK - either go see the Presidents (been at least 15 or 20 years) or Bear Jamboree (again been at least 25 years).
Epcot - See the movie in Canada or get one last ride on Universe of Energy before they close it down (been more years than I can count and it may already be closed when I get there).
AK - I may do Kali River Rapids (I've only done it once years ago since I don't like getting wet but what the heck maybe it will be raining) or find the trail around the Tree of Life (I know it's there but have never found it) or there is always ride EE at night or go to the new night show or do anything at night since it's never been open at night when I've been there.
HS - the problem park for me again. I may take some Bonine the night before and attempt Star Tours (those kind of rides make me sick) or do a meet and greet with Chewie (I'm not a meet and greet person but love me some Chewbaca) or in a pinch ride RNRC (haven't ridden it in at least 7 years because it tends to hurt my neck). If it's offered I might splurge for the dessert party, as of right now it's not offered when I'm going to be there. Or I might break down and do the Frozen Sing Along, I'm against anything Frozen since I think it's been way overhyped and I didn't like the movie that much but in the spirit of doing something I haven't done, I'll suck it up.

I'd like to:
  • stay in the Tower in the Contemporary with a theme park view
  • eat at Tiffins
  • eat at Sanaa
  • use a Magicband (last trips were Swan and Dolphin) which hopefully they will add more fun effects in the parks for
  • go for tea at the GF (it's been years!)
  • go to the Celebration of Harry Potter weekend at Universal
Almost forgot: we want to play the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game

We visited Wilderness Lodge last year. It looks awesome.
You are going to get hooked on those Margaritas! They are so good.
Enjoy!

I want to go to Trader Sam's.

I want to ride the ride in Mexico. Everytime we've gone, it's been closed. Every. Single. Time. Dang it.

I know the first two are happening in January (first night there!!!!) The last, well, all I can do is hope. LOL

I love this thread! Ok, here's my list

- Go to Trader Sam's
- Stay at any of the Deluxe Hotels
- Go to MNSSHP and MVMCP
- Spend my birthday in WDW
- Ride Peter Pan's Flight (I did it when I was 6 years old, and I remember losing my minnie sunglasses in the ride, so I never wanted to ride it again)
- Do a character meal
- Do more Meet and Greets

I'm probably going to do most of those during my next trip in December, it's my first solo trip. So I can accomplish most of my goals.. Staying at the Deluxe hotels, will have to wait until I'm either rich or rob a bank, whichever comes first

The Wilderness Lodge is my favorite resort, and our upcoming trip will be the first time we're staying somewhere else!

So our firsts this time will be:
- Our first non-summer trip
- First time staying at the Boardwalk
- Finally taking the time to visit Animal Kingdom Lodge to look around. We also have a lunch ADR at Sanaa
- Our first hard ticket event, MVMCP
- Our first Candlelight Processional
- All of our ADRs except two are firsts for me, all of them are firsts for DH and my kids

Basically, all things holiday related will be "firsts".
Also looking forward to Frozen Ever After

Great thread!!

This is only our second trip to dw so there are many things I want to do!! But here are a few

Lunch or dinner at Sanaa
Trader Sams
Ride Everest and Rock n roller coaster. (I was to chicken last time)

I also want to try to be more relaxed with our planning and enjoy a few margaritas. Just hubby and I so I'll try not to be the drill sergeant

Our firsts this year will be

Cirque de Soleil La Nouba

Lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express

Evening Safari at AK

Seven Dwarves Mine Train and Frozen Ever After

ooooooo fun!
  • Stay at one of the Epcot Deluxes - Staying at the Beach Club Villas this time around!
  • Try Narcoossee's
  • Ride the 7 Dwarf ride - it was in testing the last time we were there and I never got to ride it due to seriously long lines!

This upcoming trip in September my mom and I are crossing off some new experiences from our WDW bucket list!
* We booked a Keys To The Kingdom tour - we're stoked to see Utilidors
* Going to the Gospel Brunch at House of Blues in Disney Spring
* Having breakfast at Kona early and then ride the monorail over to MK for rope drop
* Watching the MK fireworks from one of the monorail resorts or TTC instead of inside the park

Wow, so many wonderful things!

I also have a "big" bucket list, which is:

1. Visit during Christmas and stay at Wilderness Lodge
2. Visit during Flower and Garden and stay at an Epcot deluxe
3. Eat in Cinderella's castle. I may have to wait for grandchildren for this one. My teen boys are totally against dinner with the princesses!

The frozen margs are delicious in Mexico !

We are excited to do 2 character meals for the first time!!pooh::tink:

My bucket list for our upcoming trip-

Ride the Main Street Vehicles
Dole Whip
7DMT
Hoop Dee Doo Revue
Garden Grill
Pick a Pearl in Japan

I can't wait to do Pick a Pearl! Etsy has some beautiful pearl cages (a lot cheaper than if you buy them at WDW)! I got Cinderella's carriage and I can't wait to put my pearl in it!

See The Festival of The Lion King. I've tried every single vacation and that's always the one thing that we never get around to or - in one case - we were actually in line and something came up and we had to leave. So it's still on my list for this trip.

For my trip with my daughter next year, I have so many things on my list! It's a Princess Trip where we're going all out, so I'm planning on spoiling both of us rotten :D. Pick a Pearl, Disney Pandora charms, BBB, tea parties, the works.
