Drinks and snacks at pool...

I have a question in regards to the pool area at the HRH. We usually spend some time at the pool during our visits and have always purchased food and drinks from the poolside bar (Beach Club) aND will probably continue to do so.

My question is this...can you bring your own snacks and drinks and are you allowed to bring alcohol like canned beer. (I'm only talking about a can or two)


Has anyone done this and what is your experience.

i've seen it both ways.
bring items from your room or order from the wait staff that goes around the pool to ask if you want something from them.

So you can bring a can of beer to the pool area without a problem?

I was with friends that brought beer
The employees there told us no glass bottles but one can was ok

Don't know if bringing more than one beer would be an issue
Was there anything posted on the hrh site?

Some people do and don't get bothered, but many times seen them asked to remove them. I know if you bring a bunch down with a cooler they will defiantly tell you no.

Not so much to make you buy but to keep the safety of all guests, mainly glass items.

Kind of what I thought...I really don't mind buying poolside kinda adds to the experience.

Yep......we love hanging around the pool ordering cocktails and food........having it poolside is so nice!

One of the best things we do. Spend the afternoon poolside and have lunch while lounging.

I know when we stayed club level at RPR, they offered to put beer/wine in plastic cups to take down to the pool.

There is no way for the pool servers to know where it came from, so I would think you could bring your own. I know a few didn't look so happy when we brought them down there, though...but I didn't really care!

As long as you don't have glass containers not a problem
