AP 8 free water coupons not valid (but guess what?)

After arguing that my Premier AP doesn't renew until August of this year and that I felt cheated out of what I was suppose to get (the 8 bottles of water) they gave me a dining card loaded with 8 free drinks. Ask (or rather complain) and you shall receive.

This past weekend, when we went in to question the water coupons not being accepted, they gave us coupons for 2 1-day refillable mugs for the freestyle machines, and said we can use the mugs to get water from those.

Interesting.....we still have water coupons left on our Premier APs as well. I will be interested to see if our experience is the same as any of the other posters here.
