VWL Expansion pics. Castle view?

I spend half my money on WDW, and waste the rest.

Hmmm, could be. At least from the ones on the far western end. It remains to be seen if Disney will plant trees on that strip between the future buildings and the monorail line, which would block the view. They might consider doing that in order to maintain the theming of WL. Then again, that didn't stop them at the Poly.

I don't know but I wouldn't be surprised if some of these cabins did. I think wilderness lodge is going to see an even bigger change in how the resort feels or operates than the poly did. Anything to seek DVC I guess.

I'm not sure the sight lines would be clear for "castle" view.

God I hope not...there's way too much emphasis on that damn castle already and people spend like irresponsible drunken sailors for it.

I am thinking that you will not be able to see the castle but you may see the fireworks. My concern is the points to book. Don't think it will be as high as the bungalows but it's going to be up there.

Agree that these are going to take a lot of points to book. I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same as the bungalows.

I know I recall reading somewhere else months ago (actually, quite some time ago) that the cabins closest to the MK will be considered a fireworks view location. Also, there is no doubt that the points for these will be outrageous. And for the record, our home resort is the VGF so yes, we paid a lot for our points - but we also don't regret it one bit. If I remember right though, the points at the Poly were even higher than what we paid for VGF so I would imagine that the sky is the limit as people continue to pay to join.

I don't know if they will be because they don't have a castle view. They definitely won't be cheap though.

Robo shows the area right next to it. Very likely some fireworks views, at least higher ones, but who knows.
