Q&A

How to book Four Seasons :
unless you really like paying for Breakfast!!! I would book through a virtuoso travel agent https://www.virtuoso.com/travel-advisors but you can also book through http://www.fourseasons.com/orlando/offers/?c=t&_s_icmp=mmenu.
ps. you can also book https://www.loewshotels.com/portofino-bay-hotel this way as well.

Is there Free transportation to the parks? Yes every half an hour at peak times but it goes to every park at the time it arrives. There is nothing like what Disney provides

Pools

Anyone have recommendations on the dining options here? Looking to have a meal (either lunch or dinner) at the resort at some point during our trip.

We will be at the FS Orlando in 5 weeks!! Booked our Golden Oak View room back in October and got a decent rate for March. Rates have only gone up since then so I'm glad to book early. However they have a very expensive booking policy of paying first AND last night's stay. Staying only two nights means I paid in full 5 months in advance.

I'm looking forward to enjoying all that the hotel has to offer. Might consider the Character breakfast with Goofy and Pals at the Ravello restaurant. I have read wonderful reviews about this.

I have also read great things about Ravello, their Italian restaurant, for dinner. It's a little more casual which would be great for the kids. Plus my kids prefer Italian over steak (at their Spanish Steakhouse, Capa Restaurant....which has wonderful views of the nightly fireworks from the rooftop patio).

@shoppgirl I have not been but I would presume Four Seasons Food is no better but more expensive then else where in Orlando. Get the Unofficial Guide

My family went to the character breakfast, it was excellent.
The service and quality of food were superb. Shopgirl, your children will love the characters, so much more relaxed than other character meals we have been to. You can also choose to eat on the terrace. Please note that character breakfasts are only served on certain days.
Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel.
Have a wonderful vacation:tinker:

My fiance and I were looking into the FS for a nice alternative to the traditional Deluxe resorts on property. We went through their instagram feed and it looked so nice, then again instagram and filters. Hopefully you'll enjoy it and tell us if it's worth the price when you get back!

Have a great vacation! :)

Agreed about the Character meal, it was the best, better than any of the Disney offerings. We too love Four Seasons, but have DVC so likely will not be staying at the Orlando property anytime soon. For the prices they charge for Deluxe Disney properties these days I would choose the Four Seasons any day. You are paying for location only with Disney Deluxe, they do not even compare to Four Seasons properties.

I'd LOVE to hear more about the character meal at the Four Seasons! Which characters participate? What foods are served? What is the cost? Thanks in advance...would be happy to try somewhere new!

I haven't been to the character breakfast but I have read some reviews people have posted. Here is the link with more info directly from Four Seasons:

http://www.fourseasons.com/orlando/services_and_amenities/disney_experiences/character_breakfast/

You can also make reservations directly from the Disney Dining reservations site:

https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/four-seasons/breakfast-with-goofy-ravello/

It is a little pricey but the food looks wonderful and I hear that the characters spend so much time with you, and often revisit each table for a lot of interaction.

Going to Orlando May 19th -23 Four Seasons Hotel all booked

I know this is during F&G any advice

what should I get for my fastpass+ can non disney hotel guests get magic bands fp+ etc?

We stayed at Four Seasons for the first time last October after years and years of staying at The Grand Floridian. We really loved it - we are staying there again in April - and I don't think we'll ever want to stay anywhere else. The grounds are gorgeous - the pools and lazy river are just fantastic - and the service is phenomenal. We liked all the restaurants but PB&G was our favorite because the atmosphere is so unique - feels very vacation-y. If you do Capa, definitely request a table on the terrace. We really liked the ambiance out there - and seeing the fireworks during dinner was romantic and special. We enjoyed the whole Four Seasons experience immensely - can't recommend it highly enough!

Best Hotel I have been to. Thank You Mum. It is so great. And I must say the food was great. I loved the massage.

This might just be the best resort in the united states. Do not think about staying anywhere else this hotel is amazing. The pool sorry pools , the arrange of food options, bus service is the only thing not great. But the rooms with hidden mickeys. and the amazing character breakfast. Is so good
